Hi friends, I’m Marie — mom of two, student, athlete, and creator of Tips with Marie.

I started my fitness journey after my second son, when I struggled to lose the baby weight and was afraid of “letting myself go.” What began as sharing weight-loss tips online turned into something bigger — a space to share lessons about life, mindset, and showing up for yourself.

Reaching my goal didn’t bring instant happiness like I expected. I realized that joy came from the process — from learning how to talk kindly to myself, push through hard days, and grow in the journey.

Today, fitness is my outlet and my therapy. I move for my boys — to keep up with them, to model strength and discipline, and to remind them that if mom can, they can too.

Through my blog, I hope to inspire others to reset, grow, and see that no one’s ever alone in their season. My vision is to build a community hub where fitness, wellness, and connection come together.
